Refund, Exchange & Chargeback Policy
All Sales Are Final
Forge BioLab maintains a strict no-refund policy on all products and services. Once an order has been placed and processed, it is considered final and no monetary refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this policy.
Product Exchange Policy (Defective Products Only)
While refunds are not offered, Forge BioLab may authorize product exchanges solely in the event of a verified manufacturing defect or damage incurred during the shipping process.
Reporting Timeline
All claims for defective or damaged products must be submitted within three (3) business days of confirmed package delivery, as indicated by the carrier’s tracking information.

Customers may be required to provide clear photographic evidence of the product, packaging, and shipping materials to assist in the evaluation process.
Review & Approval
All exchange requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. The review timeline is dependent on the customer’s responsiveness in providing requested documentation.
If Forge BioLab determines that the product is legitimately defective or was damaged during transit, an exchange will be approved. Replacement products are typically
