ELIGIBILITY & USER REQUIREMENTS
• You agree to use this website for lawful personal, commercial, or educational purposes only.
• You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy and confidentiality of all account information, including shipping address, billing details, and security credentials. Account sharing is prohibited. • You acknowledge that certain products sold on this website may carry inherent risks and may be harmful if misused.
• You confirm that you are at least 18 years old if located in the European Union, or at least 21 years old if located in the United States.
• You agree not to use this website or its products to cause harm to others.
• You agree to engage with Forge Bio Lab and its representatives in a respectful and lawful manner.
• You confirm that you are not acting on behalf of, or in collaboration with, any law enforcement or regulatory agency.
YOUR USE OF PRODUCT
All products sold by Forge Bio Lab are intended strictly for laboratory research and development purposes only, unless explicitly stated otherwise on the product label or accompanying documentation. Products are not intended for human or animal consumption, clinical use, diagnostic use, therapeutic use, or for inclusion in foods, drugs, medical devices, cosmetics, or supplements.
You acknowledge that Forge Bio Lab has not evaluated the safety or efficacy of its products for any use other than laboratory research and makes no representations regarding suitability for other purposes.
USER RESPONSIBILITIES & COMPLIANCE
You expressly represent and warrant that you possess the appropriate knowledge, training, facilities, and approvals to safely handle, test, use, manufacture, and store any products purchased from Forge Bio Lab.
You agree to comply with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws and regulations, both current and future. You further warrant that any materials produced using Forge Bio Lab products shall not be adulterated or misbranded under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act and shall not be introduced into interstate commerce in violation of Sections 404, 505, or 512 of the Act.
REGULATORY & SAFETY ACKNOWLEDGMENTS
You understand that Forge Bio Lab products, unless otherwise stated, may not be listed on the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) inventory. You assume full responsibility for determining regulatory requirements, obtaining approvals, and verifying product hazards.
You agree to conduct any additional research necessary to identify risks and to properly warn and train employees, contractors, freight handlers, or other associated personnel regarding safe handling and use.
HANDLING, REPACKAGING & LABELING
You agree to follow all instructions and safety guidelines provided by Forge Bio Lab. Misuse of products is strictly prohibited.
If products are repackaged, relabeled, or used as starting materials or components of other products, you agree to independently verify product identity, purity, and assay prior to use. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, no product sold by Forge Bio Lab shall be considered a food, drug, medical device, cosmetic, or supplement.

ASSURANCE OF QUALITY
Forge Bio Lab takes product quality and authenticity seriously. Prior to acquisition, products are sourced from manufacturers that provide verification of quality, identity, and authenticity, and are reviewed to ensure they meet internal standards for research-grade materials.
If you experience an issue related to product quality, you must notify Forge Bio Lab promptly by submitting a support ticket through the website. Your request should include a detailed explanation of the issue and, where applicable, clear photographic evidence.
If you experience an allergic reaction or adverse response after using a product purchased from Forge Bio Lab, you acknowledge that we are not qualified to provide medical advice and that you should seek guidance from a licensed medical professional. Forge Bio Lab assumes no responsibility for individual reactions or misuse.
ORDERING PROCESS
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all product details and ordering instructions prior to placing an order. Orders will remain inactive until full payment is received.
Order processing typically begins within 24 business hours after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays.
CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
Orders may be canceled or deleted at any time prior to submission and payment. Once an order has been paid for or activated, cancellation requests must be submitted through a support ticket via the Contact Us page.
Cancellation approval is not guaranteed once processing has begun.
WRONG PRODUCT ORDERED
If an incorrect product is ordered and the shipment has already been released, Forge Bio Lab cannot reship alternative products.
If more than seven (7) days pass between order placement and payment, customers must confirm product availability by submitting a support ticket prior to completing payment.
ORDER PRICING
Placing an order locks in the quoted price at the time of order submission. If an order remains unpaid while pricing changes on the website, the original quoted price will still apply once payment is completed.
ORDER STATUS
Order status, contents, and related details may be reviewed at any time through the Order History section within the My Account area of the website.
ORDER CODES & TRACKING INFORMATION
Order numbers and shipping tracking numbers serve different purposes and should not be confused. Tracking numbers are issued once an order has shipped.
RESHIPPING POLICY
Forge Bio Lab maintains a reshipping policy to address verified order issues under the conditions outlined below.
ITEM ISSUES WITHIN A DELIVERED PACKAGE
Missing Items: If items are missing from a delivered package, you must contact customer service via support ticket with details of the shortage. Upon verification, compensation or reshipment will be issued at Forge Bio Lab’s discretion.
Incorrect Items: If you receive an incorrect item, Forge Bio Lab will reship the correct item at no additional cost once the error is verified.
Damaged Items: Damaged items must be reported via support ticket and include clear photographs of the damaged product, labels, and packaging. Once verified, Forge Bio Lab will determine the appropriate resolution.
MISSING OR LOST PACKAGES
Incorrect Address: If a package is lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, Forge Bio Lab is not responsible for reshipment or reimbursement.
Address Changes: If an address change is requested prior to shipment, reshipment is not guaranteed. If an address change is requested after the scheduled delivery date, reimbursement will be limited to 50% of the order value unless the package can be received at the original address.
Reporting a Missing Package: Missing packages must be reported no earlier than 30 days after the scheduled delivery date. Customers must provide the order number, tracking information, and a valid reshipping address.
Lost Packages: Packages overdue by more than 30 days past the scheduled delivery date are considered lost.
Reporting Delays: Delivery delays must be reported no later than 15 days after the scheduled delivery date to be eligible for review.
